At Studio Kora, we believe movement is more than exercise — it is a path to presence, clarity, and connection. Our studio was created as a sanctuary for those seeking balance: between strength and stillness, effort and ease, body and mind.
We honor the traditions of both Yoga and Pilates, each offering its own gifts. Yoga invites us inward — cultivating awareness through breath, flow, and meditation. Pilates strengthens from the center outward — building posture, alignment, and deep core stability. Together, these practices form a holistic approach to wellness that supports every stage of life.
Our teachers bring years of experience, but more importantly, a spirit of care. Each class is designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time, exploring mindful movement during recovery, or advancing a long-time practice.
